Campsites & Golf Carts<br />
CAMPSITES<br />
• Rustic Sites- Tents only. No hookups but water nearby. Picnic table<br />
and fire ring included.<br />
• W/E - Water and electricity at each site along with a picnic table and<br />
fire ring.<br />
• Lakefront W/E Sites- Water and electricity at each site that is located<br />
on lakefront/channel front along with picnic table and fire ring.<br />
• W/E/S (full hookup)- Water, electricity, and sewer at each site along<br />
with picnic table and fire ring.<br />
• Premium W/E/S (full hookup)- Water, electricity, and sewer at each<br />
site with a premium location, a square picnic table, a charcoal grill<br />
and fire ring.<br />
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ALL CAMPSITES:<br />
• 2 night minimum on all peak season weekends and 3 night<br />
minimum for Memorial Day and Labor Day. July 4th is a 4 night<br />
minimum.<br />
• Traveler Express Sites available for one night only stays.<br />
• Deposits (Due within 7 days of reservation call.)<br />
• Weekends and Holidays paid in full<br />
• Weekly Stays and Packages $100 deposit<br />
• All other stays $100 deposit<br />
• Check-In Time 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. (Please no check-ins after 11 p.m.)<br />
Late check-ins can stay in the front parking lot with water and<br />
electricity until morning.<br />
• Check-Out Time 1 p.m.<br />
(No late check-outs during peak season and no early check-ins.)<br />
Cancellations<br />
• All reservations without deposit after 7 days of reservation call will<br />
automatically be cancelled. (Sorry, no reminders)<br />
• Full refund with 7 days notice prior to arrival.<br />
• Cancel by 6 p.m. two days prior to arrival and receive<br />
Boo Boo TM Bucks (credit slip) valid for one year from date of arrival<br />
for use at the Fremont, IN location only.<br />
• Rental fee is forfeited with less than 2 days notice prior to arrival.<br />
GOLF CARTS<br />
• 4 Seater Gas Powered Golf Carts are available and reservations are<br />
recommended. (Not available to day visitors.)<br />
• A valid driver’s license is required and you must be 21 years of age<br />
and older to operate.<br />
• 2 night minimum on all weekends and 3 night minimum on<br />
Memorial Day & Labor Day, 4 night minimum on July 4th weekend.<br />
• Deposits (Due within 7 days of reservation call.)<br />
• Weekends and holidays paid in full.<br />
• Weekly and all other rentals require a $100 deposit.<br />
• A credit card number is kept on file for security/damage<br />
deposit or $100 cash deposit.<br />
• Pick up after 2 p.m.<br />
• Must return by Noon promptly.<br />
• No personal golf carts allowed.<br />
Cancellations<br />
• All reservations without deposit after 7 days of reservation<br />

• Full refund if cancelled by 6 p.m. the day prior to pick-up.<br />
• Deposit is forfeited with less than 1 day notice.<br />
• Note: Misuse of carts and non-compliance of rules will not be tolerated<br />
and will result in forfeiture of cart without refund.<br />
