Database Management / Maintenance
We will keep your database on our hosted servers as we
will be able to constantly refresh the database as new data
falls in. We can also create new databases within existing
environment if required by client. All maintenance of
database will be performed by us and any ETL of data that
may be needed for more accurate reporting.
Security
The server will be hosted via Tableau’s hosting which will
strictly allow access to your data to only those with
licenses specified by the client. Data can also be
store/managed on existing customer platform but would
need an internal I.T. department to help set up
permissions/access to data. We can also host data on an
individual Tableau server with IP whitelisting and dual
factor authentication for those who would need access to
data.
