Credit Terms<br />
All orders will be shipped on credit card or company check<br />
payment, unless credit has been requested and approved<br />
through 413 Strengthgear. Standard terms are 15 days, F.O.B.<br />
origin. Processing new credit applications can take several<br />
days to approve. Credit approval delays may prevent or delay<br />
normal production time.<br />
Deposit and Payment<br />
Certain orders may require a deposit. We accept company<br />
check, cashier’s check, Visa, and Master Card and American<br />
Express. Past due invoices are subject to a late payment charge.<br />
Prices, Quantities, Styles, and Color<br />
Minimum order quantity for screen-printed apparel is 48<br />
pieces. Less than minimum orders: Printed orders of less<br />
than 48 pieces per design are subject to a less than minimum<br />
charge of $50. Minimum order quantity for other items<br />
provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without<br />
notice. 413 Strengthgear reserves the right to change or<br />
discontinue styles, colors, sizes, or garments without notice.<br />
Orders consisting of adult AND youth sizes are considered two<br />
separate orders due the need for separate print screen sizes.<br />
We are CPSIA compliant and print permanent tracking on each<br />
youth garment.<br />
Art Proofs<br />
We provide 3 proofs/changes at no charge. Any additional<br />
proof/changes are billed at $15.00 per proofs/change.<br />
Two art proofs are provided for orders consisting of adult and<br />
youth sizes. These orders will be considered two separate<br />
orders due the need for separate print screen sizes.<br />
Custom artwork is $65.00 an hour.<br />
Bidding on jobs – if awarded the job we do not have any<br />
additional artwork charges. If we are not awarded the job and<br />
have spent time producing artwork the time spent will be<br />
billed at our current custom artwork charge per hour.<br />
Ink Change fee is $20.00 per color.<br />
Order Placing and Shipping<br />
Normal production time is 10 business days, after final art and<br />
order confirmation is approved. Orders requiring production<br />
time of 5 business days or less after all approvals will be<br />
considered a Rush Order and will be subject to a 25% Rush<br />
Fee. Shipping time is not considered in production time. Some<br />
exclusions may apply such as; peak seasons, large orders, and<br />
art changes. Additions to any order already approved and in<br />
process will be considered a “new order”. For your protection,<br />
we will only accept orders by email, fax, or mail. Phone orders<br />
are not accepted.<br />
Spoilage<br />
Occasional spoilage may occur in the decoration process. 413<br />
allows for the following spoilage allowance per logo position<br />
for orders less than 144 prints: 5% with a minimum of 1 piece,<br />
2% for orders over 144 prints, and 1% for orders order 1,000<br />
prints. If exact quantities are needed we recommend that extra<br />
be included in the order to cover possible print spoilage for<br />
each size, color, and style.<br />
Claims and Cancellations<br />
413 Strengthgear must be notified within 5 days from receipt of<br />
order, of any damaged or incorrectly printed merchandise. All<br />
packing slips and original packaging must be kept for claim to<br />
be considered. Allow 7-10 days for the claims process.<br />
413 Strengthgear will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay,<br />
loss, or damage during shipment. All merchandise is shipped<br />
FOB origin.<br />
Returns and Exchanges<br />
No exchanges or returns will be accepted on name-dropped<br />
merchandise, without prior approval.<br />
