TERMS & CONDITIONS
Credit Terms
All orders will be shipped on credit card or company check
payment, unless credit has been requested and approved
through 413 Strengthgear. Standard terms are 15 days, F.O.B.
origin. Processing new credit applications can take several
days to approve. Credit approval delays may prevent or delay
normal production time.
Deposit and Payment
Certain orders may require a deposit. We accept company
check, cashier’s check, Visa, and Master Card and American
Express. Past due invoices are subject to a late payment charge.
Prices, Quantities, Styles, and Color
Minimum order quantity for screen-printed apparel is 48
pieces. Less than minimum orders: Printed orders of less
than 48 pieces per design are subject to a less than minimum
charge of $50. Minimum order quantity for other items
provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without
notice. 413 Strengthgear reserves the right to change or
discontinue styles, colors, sizes, or garments without notice.
Orders consisting of adult AND youth sizes are considered two
separate orders due the need for separate print screen sizes.
We are CPSIA compliant and print permanent tracking on each
youth garment.
Art Proofs
We provide 3 proofs/changes at no charge. Any additional
proof/changes are billed at $15.00 per proofs/change.
Two art proofs are provided for orders consisting of adult and
youth sizes. These orders will be considered two separate
orders due the need for separate print screen sizes.
Custom artwork is $65.00 an hour.
Bidding on jobs – if awarded the job we do not have any
additional artwork charges. If we are not awarded the job and
have spent time producing artwork the time spent will be
billed at our current custom artwork charge per hour.
Ink Change fee is $20.00 per color.
Order Placing and Shipping
Normal production time is 10 business days, after final art and
order confirmation is approved. Orders requiring production
time of 5 business days or less after all approvals will be
considered a Rush Order and will be subject to a 25% Rush
Fee. Shipping time is not considered in production time. Some
exclusions may apply such as; peak seasons, large orders, and
art changes. Additions to any order already approved and in
process will be considered a “new order”. For your protection,
we will only accept orders by email, fax, or mail. Phone orders
are not accepted.
Spoilage
Occasional spoilage may occur in the decoration process. 413
allows for the following spoilage allowance per logo position
for orders less than 144 prints: 5% with a minimum of 1 piece,
2% for orders over 144 prints, and 1% for orders order 1,000
prints. If exact quantities are needed we recommend that extra
be included in the order to cover possible print spoilage for
each size, color, and style.
Claims and Cancellations
413 Strengthgear must be notified within 5 days from receipt of
order, of any damaged or incorrectly printed merchandise. All
packing slips and original packaging must be kept for claim to
be considered. Allow 7-10 days for the claims process.
413 Strengthgear will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay,
loss, or damage during shipment. All merchandise is shipped
FOB origin.
Returns and Exchanges
No exchanges or returns will be accepted on name-dropped
merchandise, without prior approval.
