John Page<br />

From 2001 to 2013: teacher, teacher trainer and manager at<br />

centres abroad and in the UK<br />

Worked in South America for 5 years<br />

Completed a Masters in Applied Linguistics in 2008 with focus on<br />

the barriers faced by Arabic speakers when learning <strong>English</strong> in a<br />

multi-cultural setting in the UK<br />

Has a keen interest in how technology can be employed in<br />

listening tests to raise task validity and improve candidate<br />

experiences<br />
