Process
Applications to the Alliance follow a single stage process. Applicants are required to complete
the application form published alongside this information pack and provide all the supporting
information outlined on page 14 of this pack.
The assessment process will be conducted by a panel made up of representatives from each of
the system partner organisations. We will also include impartial VCSE organisations in this
process. Any applications that are sent outside the Department will be accompanied by a
reminder that they are confidential and should not be discussed with others.
The panel will assess applications against the criteria set out above. We may wish to discuss
your proposal in more detail using an approach similar to that of a ‘competitive dialogue’
situation to more clearly understand the options available.
