ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The learner must have completed the following learning areas in the
National Certificate: Small Business Management:
1. Business Management 1
2. Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
3. Business Literacy

DURATION
One year, full-time study based on contact hours as determined by the ICB.
CERTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the programme, ICB will issue learners with a results letter outlining
the modules covered and the Higher Certificate: Office Administration, SAQA ID: 23619 (Credits 240)
with a FASSET endorsement will be awarded. Learner results will be recorded on the ICB National
Learner Records Database within three months of completion.
