A little over a year ago,
9% of the children in PATH were
under 5 years of age.
As of the end of this calendar
year, 21% of the youth served by
PATH have been, or are under
the age of 5.
82% of youth discharged from
PATH foster care and treatment
foster care programs have gone
to less restrictive environments,
with 94% of this number being
either returned to family,
extended family, or placed for
permanent guardianship or
adoption.
During calendar year 2016 PATH
has served 1199 clients and their
families.
During this calendar year
PATH closed 110 foster homes
and opened licenses on 126
families.
During this time frame, on all our
returned Satisfaction Surveys distributed
at the time of discharge or
service closure POSITIVE satisfaction
with PATH services and/or outcomes
was reported by 97% of youth served;
76% of families engaged in the program;
100% of the referral sources
and 98% of PATH resource families.
