PLAYER STANDINGS (MVP POINTS)<br />
Players can also view the division’s player standings through the online league<br />
management system at any time. League members earn MVP points each time<br />
they play and awards may be given based on player standings at the end of the<br />
session. MVP points are calculated as follows:<br />
Winner of Set<br />
Loser of Set<br />
100 points for playing 100 points for playing<br />
100 points for winning Actual points scored<br />
Margin of Victory points<br />
Example: John (race to 54) vs. Mary (race to 48). Mary wins the set by<br />
a final score of 54-51. Mary earns 206 MVP points (100 points for<br />
playing + 100 points for winning + 6 margin of victory points). John<br />
earns 151 MVP points (100 points for playing + 51 points scored).<br />
