INITIAL PROPOSAL ONLINE E-BROCHURE This would be a fully immersive experience and utilize video, stills and animated infographics to showcase everything <strong>Oakleigh</strong> Manor could offer. The pages would turn like a real brochure and it would feel high end and glossy with interactive touches and links throughout. The brochure would primarily be a landscape format but optimized so it would still work in a portrait space if people wanted to view on their phones. Each page would contain either a video, an element of animation or interactive elements so we never feel like we’re looking at a static page. INFOGRAPHICS STILLS E-MAIL READY PDF In order to make the brochure a physical entity that we send out, we’d need to lose some options including the page turns. We could keep the video and infographic elements but on older computers/tablets/smartphone these would revert to stills. To flag video resolution would need to come down slightly for file size purposes or we link the videos via the internet. BESPOKE E-MAIL A bespoke HTML e-mail which reflected the brochure design This would entice people into the PDF and allow a direct link through to the online brochure. SOCIAL MEDIA VERSIONS The brochure could be converted so it can be embedded across social media. We can also look at optimizing the videos for use across social media. OAKLEIGH E-BROCHURE PAGE 2
BUDGET FILMING Canon 5D, lenses plus tripod and slider. 2 x full-day filming. £700 NOTES This would enable us to maximum number of locations and add variety. There would be a minimum 10 videos including timelapses and sufficient high end stills to build the e-brochure design. E-BROCHURE DESIGN 2 Days Illustrator and InDesign Build. £500 Overall design including building all graphical elements, incorporating all videos/stills and sub-editing all copy to sit within the build. ANIMATION 2 Days After Effects graphical design. £500 PRODUCTION Upload and optimization £100 EMAIL DESIGN HTML Coding and design. £250 This would be the interactive touches and add the high end ‘wow’ factor. Logo animation, animation build within infographics as well as animation to highlight specific content, web links and contact info. This would include all online production, upload fees and costs to allow hosting for 2 years as well as physical e-mailable and printable copies. Embed code to allow it to be placed on <strong>Oakleigh</strong> Manor website. Social links. This would include designing an innovative attention grabbing email and optimizing to make sure it worked across most clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, iCloud mail, Yahoo!) Total Budget: £1950 This includes all equipment, rights to all videos and stills which can be used elsewhere if required. Please note this budget allows for 2 rounds of feedback including all amends.
