CATERING POLICIES<br />

Service Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am—7:00pm.<br />

Any pick-ups after 8:00pm will incur a $20.00 surcharge.<br />

All orders must be placed 3 business days prior to service. A<br />

guaranteed guest count is required 3 business days in advance.<br />

We require 24 business hours of notice for cancellations.<br />

Included with breaktime, themed buffets and ez party<br />

packages, plastic service-ware, unless china is requested, based<br />

on the amount of food ordered. Services included delivery fee<br />

on campus, linens on the service tables, setup and cleanup.<br />

There are additional charges for linens on guest tables if no<br />

meal is provided.<br />

All event space for on-campus events must be booked through<br />

the MSUB SUB office before placing your catering order.
