faq<br />
How many photos do we get?<br />
This depends on the event, but we typically send around 70-100 images/ hour. For an 8 hour<br />
wedding day, you can expect somewhere between 600 and 800 photos.<br />
Do you provide the RAW files?<br />
No. Just the finished images in JPEG format. For video, MP4 for the digital link.<br />
When can we see our photos and video?<br />
Final proofs will be ready for viewing in 6-8 weeks for photo and 12-16 weeks for video.<br />
Can we pr<strong>int</strong> our photos and put them on social media?<br />
Absolutely! The <strong>final</strong> photos will have no watermarks. So you can pr<strong>int</strong> up to any size from a lab<br />
of your choice. We recommend pr<strong>int</strong>ing larger sizes through us, because as professionals, we<br />
have access to labs where the quality of paper and inks are exceptionally better.<br />
Do you travel? Do you charge extra for that?<br />
We are open to go anywhere for your wedding! We can talk specifics regarding travel and<br />
lodging for 100 miles outside the greater San Francisco Bay Area.<br />
Do you carry backup equipment and insurance?<br />
Yes and yes. We always carry enough equipment to shoot 2 weddings at once. If your venue<br />
requires insurance, please let us know 2 weeks in advance and we can provide a certificate.<br />
Should we provide you with a meal?<br />
That would be wonderful :) We prefer to be served at the same time as the wedding party, so<br />
we can start and finish and get back to covering the day.<br />
We’re excited to work with you! How do we get started?<br />
Great! We take a 50% retainer at the signing of the contract. That secures your date. For<br />
engagement sessions, we will schedule a time with you before the wedding. We will then go<br />
over the wedding with you to review the timeline and any other things.
