series product l<strong>in</strong>e. Mak<strong>in</strong>g use of ground break<strong>in</strong>g 2x2 MIMO technology, the LigoPTP 5-N MIMO delivers<br />

aggregate TCP throughput capabil<strong>it</strong>y of up to 180 Mbps (90 Mbps full-duplex) comb<strong>in</strong>ed w<strong>it</strong>h high<br />

packets-per-second perf<strong>or</strong>mance.<br />

This product enables carrier-class po<strong>in</strong>t-to-po<strong>in</strong>t capabil<strong>it</strong>y, ideal f<strong>or</strong> dedicated access <strong>or</strong> backhaul applications<br />

(<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g VOIP <strong>or</strong> other small packet applications). The LigoWave PTP MiMo&nbsp;product family couples<br />

flexible channel width capabil<strong>it</strong>y (20 <strong>or</strong> 40 MHz) and <strong>in</strong>dustry-lead<strong>in</strong>g proprietary software mechanisms to set<br />

the utmost standard <strong>in</strong> spectral efficiency. The LigoPTP 5-N MIMO product features 2 N-type and is housed <strong>in</strong><br />

a rugged, cast alum<strong>in</strong>um enclosure.<br />

Comb<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g dig<strong>it</strong>al signal process<strong>in</strong>g, dual polarization antennas and proprietary W-Jet protocol these bridges<br />

have a high spectral efficiency of 7.5b<strong>it</strong>/Hz.<br />

The LigoPTP 5-N MIMO showcases an array of advanced software mechanisms that provide optimal<br />

po<strong>in</strong>t-to-po<strong>in</strong>t connectiv<strong>it</strong>y f<strong>or</strong> high-throughput, long distance l<strong>in</strong>ks. LigoWave&#39s proprietary PTP<br />

mechanisms utilize techniques such as Dynamic Time Division Duplex<strong>in</strong>g (TDD) to dynamically allocate<br />

bandwidth <strong>in</strong> the direction needed, thus <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>g l<strong>in</strong>k efficiency and greatly decreas<strong>in</strong>g the impact that<br />

distance has on throughput of the l<strong>in</strong>k.<br />

The LigoWave po<strong>in</strong>t-to-po<strong>in</strong>t products also feature selective repeat ARQ technology, an enhanced<br />

err<strong>or</strong>-c<strong>or</strong>rection software mechanism that optimizes data traffic to provide very high throughput over<br />

high-bandwidth, long-range l<strong>in</strong>ks even <strong>in</strong> the presence of <strong>in</strong>terference.<br />

The LigoPTP 5-N MIMO is also compatible w<strong>it</strong>h LigoWave&#39s onl<strong>in</strong>e l<strong>in</strong>k calculat<strong>or</strong> and RCMS, a centralized<br />

configuration, firmware, and statistics server offered by LigoWave f<strong>or</strong> carrier class diagnostic and<br />
