All orders are subject to a 35%<br />
discount, unless otherwise<br />
arranged. The standard discount<br />
will be applied to all subscriptions<br />
and cash with order. Single<br />
copy orders are subject to a 20%<br />
discount. Orders with a net invoice<br />
value under £30 may be subject to<br />
a reduced discount of 25%.<br />
Returns Policy<br />
All books must be in mint<br />
condition and suitable for resale.<br />
All returns requests must<br />
be authorised in advance by<br />
<strong>Birlinn</strong> Ltd or an authorised<br />
representative.<br />
No out-of-print titles may be<br />
returned unless permission is<br />
sought from the publisher.<br />
Books may not be returned within<br />
three months or after twelve<br />
months from receipt by the<br />
customer.<br />
Single copy returns will not<br />
normally be accepted unless by<br />
special arrangement.<br />
Faulty books must be returned<br />
complete. <strong>Title</strong> page is not<br />
acceptable.<br />
Returns must be sent to the<br />
Booksource warehouse within one<br />
month of written authorisation<br />
being received, otherwise they may<br />
not be accepted.<br />
Returns should NOT be sent to<br />
the publisher’s office. All returns<br />
must have an authorised returns<br />
