Who We Are
John Fredy Creative is a specialist live event production
company and entertainment agency creating shows,
costumes, choreography and incredible special effects makeup
and hair designs.
Unique in that our team is made up of skilled professional
creative directors, producers, actors and musicians we are
proud to work for a range of clients across the UAE, UK and
Europe creating amazing shows and events specific to their
requirements taking each production from concept to design,
content, staging and casting as well as managing all the
logistics from technical and AV and budget to PR and social
media content.
We are able to take events, brand and mall activations, shows
and parades to a new level, delivering extraordinary and
captivating performances which are memorable as well as on
message and creating increased and repeat footfall.

Event Management
Managing successful events requires skill, experience,
dedication and the right people. From initial discussions to
creating the event concept to final sign off and delivery John
Fredy Creative has been behind a number of recent, large,
technically demanding events in the UAE and UK.
With so many elements in the event planning process, the need
for an experienced event management team is essential. We
specialise in providing technical production and a range of
other services for all types of events including audio visual,
event lighting, sound and staging which are combined with
our creative skills providing styling, theming as well as multimedia
and digital products including web-casting and live
broadcasting.

realistic snowy winter wonderland
with tailor made entertainment,
games and children’s activities as
well as shows and other live
performances.
SOLUTION
We created a true winter wonderland
with all the special effects along with
tribute shows including Frozen and
our own musical “Arctic Cirque” and
experiential activities from snowballs
to gingerbread making and an ice
rink!

OVERVIEW
OBJECTIVE SOLUTION VALUE ADDED
For the second year running, The
Galleria at Al Maryah Island in Abu
Dhabi asked us to deliver the highly
the successful Winter Fair.
As well as a vibrant winter market and
bazaar, the mall wanted festive decor,
including fake snow on the outdoor
promenade along with a six-week
calendar of entertainment to ensure
new as well as repeat footfall over this
competitive period.
We designed and installed a winter
wonderland with traditional German
market stalls
Created a varied programme of
entertainment including Live Bands,
Santa Claus and Winter.
We project managed and delivered a full
37 consecutive day programme as well
as designing the theming, staging and
entertainment.
Included Christmas Tree Lighting
Ceremony with media coverage, mall
decor and a “Nutcracker Suite”
roaming performance.
Delivered with very short lead-in of five
weeks. All stalls booked and we created
local community interest by inviting
local choirs from schools and clubs to
take part in the music sessions.

The Galleria at Al Maryah Island in
Abu Dhabi asked us to create a week
long event to mark Chinese New Year
2016. The highlight of the event was
a visit by the Chinese Ambassador to
the UAE.
At short notice we sourced
professional Chinese performers,
acrobats, artists and dancers to take
part in this fabulous week of events.
The week culminated with shows from
the Cirque Shanghai acrobatic troupe
who performed one show in the
presence of the Chinese Ambassador
to the UAE as well as the Directors of
The Galleria.
Events delivered seamlessly across
the internal and external event
programme for a second client.
Costumes bespoke to this event and
designed in-house. Authentic props
and materials sourced directly from
Beijing event was reviewed in the

Lulu Mall in Fujairah wanted to
launch and promote their brands and
retailers’ Autumn and Winter 2015
collections through a family fashion
show and through this drive footfall
and retail sales for its tenants.
The event involved considerable
liaison with retailers’ to ensure
coverage of their collections and
driving on the day purchases.
From concept through to design,
staging, supplying models and
developing the music content and
choreography and make-up to
managing and delivering the event; we
created an exciting and exhilarating
fashion show which promoted the
Autumn and Winter collections for a
variety of designers and retailers from
high fashion and kids’ clothes to
men's and Emirati women’s
collections.
We took on the role of liaising with
retailers to ensure delivery of
promoted fashion items.
In the process we created a complete
ongoing fashion exhibition of all the
collections shown at the event which
enabled members of the audience to
easily locate and purchase items
easily demonstrating immediate
ROI for those involved.

OBJECTIVE SOLUTION VALUE ADDED
Nakheel, one of the UAE’s largest
retail and residential property
developers asked John Fredy Creative
to manage the October 2015 opening
of its Golden Mile Galleria on the
Palm, Jumeirah as part of its launch
and media strategy.
We liaised with the Mall itself
to plan the VVIP opening
ceremony, with live music from
a leading pianist and grand
piano to floral decorations and
ribbon cutting ceremony.
We also provided a selection of
roaming entertainment over
two weekends around the
opening which included
creating a kids’ activity centre.
A seemingly straightforward event, it
still involved meticulous planning
and liaison with the Mall, their VVIP
guest’s representative and ensuring
everything was in place from the
welcome host party to the ribbon
and decor when the CEO arrived.

keep your events on message and which can be interactive
with your audience creating truly memorable experiences.

Entertainment
In addition to performances with branded characters we
script and create our own shows which delight and
entertain audiences across the UAE and UK. From
storylines, choreography and music score to the costume
and make up our in-house productions are professional
and deliver high production values
As artists ourselves, we are mindful of stage direction,
running orders and timings so are able to guide our artists

Meet The Team
JOHN FREDY GONZALEZ
FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR
John Fredy is a classically trained ballet and Latin dancer and professional hair and make-up
artist, who specializes in creative and special effects costumes and make-up. As co-founder of
John Fredy Creative he spearheads the shows and entertainment teams, creating performance
shows to both the clients’ brief and new and innovative shows for the wide range of
audiences ranging from brand activations for malls, corporate awards nights and nightclub
and restaurant entertainment. As a dancer he holds qualifications from numerous
international ballet schools and creates our dance shows and ballet performances as well as
designing the staging and costumes. Before starting John Fredy Creative, John Fredy was
involved with the Colombian Fashion Week and Colombian TV Networks.
BEN ATTREE
FOUNDER AND PROJECT DIRECTOR
Ben has a background in experiential marketing and product launch creation, confidently
working with international artists and behind-the-scenes professionals. In the UK he
worked on numerous brand campaigns for leading companies. He has always had a passion
for events and now combines his considerable marketing expertise with creating shows
events and concepts for John Fredy Creative’s clients. Over the past three years Ben has
been instrumental in developing John Fredy Creative and positioning its event and project
management expertise . In addition he has created long term business relationships with a
wide range of clients who are returning to John Fredy Creative for the company’s ability to
deliver unique, events which exceed expectations as well as engaging with their audiences.

KATHERINE HERSEY-MEADE
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & EVENT MANAGER
Katherine Hersey-Meade has more than twenty years’ experience in the events industry both
as an events director and marketing and business development consultant. Katherine joined
John Fredy Creative in May 2015 to develop the brand and raise the profile of the company
and is responsible for our regular newsletters, presentations and other marketing activities.
Based in our UK office, Katherine heads up our event planning activities in the UK and Europe.
Katherine is a past winner of the International Visual Communications Association Educational
Event award and has considerable experience delivering complex live events as well as conference
planning, shows and awards and exhibitions.
SAMANTHA MEW
EVENT EXECUTIVE
Sam has experience in experiential marketing campaigns and has worked for various high
end brand campaigns over the past 10 years. Sam is expert at helping our clients secure
the right member of staff for their brand or promotional event and joined John Fredy
Creative to assist in our event and promotional staff service as well as working as an event
manager in both the UK and Dubai
