Chapter 4: The PRS Exemptions Register<br />

88. Once a unique user account has been set up, the landlord will be required to<br />

submit information relating to the particular property to be exempt, alongside<br />

information and evidence to support the exemption being relied on. Table two<br />

below sets out the common information requirements for all exemptions,<br />

followed by the additional information required for specific exemptions.<br />

have a negative impact on the property (or the building of<br />

which it is a part).<br />

details of any energy efficiency improvement recommended<br />

for the property in a relevant recommendation report,<br />

including an EPC report, a report prepared by a surveyor, or<br />

a Green Deal report;<br />

details, including date of installation, of all recommended<br />

energy efficiency improvements which have been made at<br />

the property in compliance with the Regulations.<br />

a copy of the relevant report to demonstrate this (if separate<br />

to the relevant EPC);<br />
