Step 1: Double Click on the 'Start Menu' on the MS Windows taskbar,<br />

navigate to 'Programs' and then navigate to 'Norton Antivirus'.<br />

Step 2: Navigate to 'Symantec System Center' and then click on the<br />

'Symantec System Center Console'.<br />

Step 3: You also need to right click on the computer name in the left<br />

window which is showing the error message.<br />

Step 4: Navigate to 'All Tasks' and then navigate to 'Norton Antivirus'.<br />

Step 5: Choose 'Clear <strong>Virus</strong> Status check box to enable this feature.<br />

Step 6: Now exit from the 'Symantec System Center'.<br />
