solicitor firm and 1000 shares are issued. This
company is known as a Single Purpose Vehicle
(or SPV).
Company and then to release the balance to

the highest possible profit in the shortest

The profits are proportionately divided and paid
to the shareholders along with their original
stakes.
The SPV is closed and investors can choose
to buy shares in other Harewood SPVs.
