Terms & Conditions
Ordering and Pricing
To place an order either contact us directly or alternatively complete and
return the catalogue Order Form.
All prices stated in this catalogue are TRADE only and EXCLUDE VAT.
New customers will be asked to pay Pro Forma. A credit account can be requested
and is subject to approval of references and credit checks.
All cards are sold in units of 6 per design.
Minimum order is £100 (Excluding VAT).
Delivery
Delivery times may vary due to seasonal peaks throughout the year, however, we
do aim to despatch goods within 7-10 days of receiving your order. If you
require an urgent or specific delivery date, please contact us and we will
endeavour to meet your requirements.
Carriage is paid for orders over £150 (Excluding VAT) throughout the UK. For
orders below £150, carriage will be £7.50 within the UK.
European or International shipping will be quoted upon placing the order.
Carriage is paid for orders over £250 to the Republic of Ireland. Orders below
£250 will be charged at £15.
All goods must be examined ON RECEIPT of delivery and if damaged/faulty Lyn
Evans Designs must be informed within 3 working days of the stock arriving.
Terms and Conditions
In the process of continual improvement and updating products, we reserve the
right to alter the design and specification of goods described in this brochure.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and are exclusive of
VAT.
30 day credit terms will apply to customers with a credit account.
Outstanding debt over 30 days will result in the customer being issued a
County Court Judgement (by HM revenue & customs), unless alternative payment
terms have been agreed. All debt collection fees and interest will be added onto
the overdue invoices. Pro Forma payment is required for all overseas customers
unless agreed otherwise.
Credit terms are reviewed regularly and can be terminated at any time.
We do not accept the return of goods or cancellation of orders prior to giving
consent as costs may have already incurred in our production schedule. Returns
on stock may be possible at the discretion of the company and then only if they
are in perfect/re-saleable condition.
Title of the goods shall pass to the customer only when full payment has been
made.
Other
A 2.5% charge on order value will be added for the attachment of customised
barcodes and any other specific labelling.

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm except for national bank holidays.
