All black and minority neighborhoods are faced with the hardship of minimum public funding, which leads to an underdeveloped society, lower quality of education, and an overall lower quality of life. • In consent there should be somebody there to listen to your desires. • It should be mutually beneficial to both parties involved. • It should be a well thought out genuine decision. Some claims people make: Black people are dangerous Minority individuals are untalented and unwilling to study further so they face the issues they face because of their own will. Funding is equal.
