Installation Cost Per Unit (Includes disconnecting existing tub-remove
to a location on site for customer to dispose of. Uncrate and move
MasterCare system into place. Connect water/drain/electrical. Secure
system to the floor, perform all adjustments, test and make ready for
use. (Includes disposal of all crating materials.) (1) $1,000.00

The Malibu Recumbent bath is designed to meet most plumbing codes. However, some local areas have
additional codes or different interpretations of existing codes that we cannot possibly be aware of. In such cases,
the customer/installer is responsible for providing whatever additional plumbing/electrical is required to meet
local codes.
Terms: 50% Down, Net 30, 1 1/2% Over (Terms Subject To Change Based on Credit Rating)
