NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Notice is hereby given of the 30th Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Foundation Incorporated will be held in the Presidents and Directors Lounge, Level 3, Alexandra Park Function Centre, Greenlane Road West, Epsom, on Wednesday 29 March 2017. The order of business for an Annual General Meeting shall be; 1. Opening of Meeting 2. Apologies 3. Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting held in 2016 4. Presentation of the Chairperson’s statement 5. Presentation of CEO’s statement 6. Presentation of Treasurer’s report 7. Receive and adopt the Annual Report 8. Receive and adopt the audited Performance Report for the previous financial year 9. Election of Officers, Directors and appointment of Auditor a) In accordance with the rules of the New Zealand Rugby Foundation, the President shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for re-election for a further three year term at the end of each successive term. Current President Tane Norton has declared himself unavailable as President, but will stay on the Board as a Director. b) In accordance with the rules of the New Zealand Rugby Foundation, Directors Maurice Trapp and Dr John Mayhew will retire by rotation and are both available for re-election. c) Ratification of new Directors: Kirsten Patterson, Andrew Golightly (NZRU representative.) 10. Consider any business or proposed resolution of which notice has been given. 11. Transact any general business 12. Closure.
