About us Saffron Indian Fusion restaurant is committed to offer the taste of authentic India, focusing on traditional Indian flavours & spices and giving them a modern twist. Our chefs and their cuisine started life as a family affair, they come from the Northwest part of India- Punjab, and became known for preparing community feast so good, with such well balanced spice blends (we hand-grind our spices, of course!) and using high quality ingredients, that we had to bring their talent to streets of Riga, so the Latvia’s capital city Riga can enjoy the Punjab’s best kept secret. Saffron takes its inspiration from an age old approach to dining. Traditionally Indian gourmets would graze their way through a succession of grilled delicacies and then finish with a single grandstand dish – a special curry, and a rich biryani. We invite you to try this for yourself. Choose six to eight dishes and some bread (the waiter can guide you). All the kebabs are cooked to order and will come to your table the moment they are ready to eat, so expect a gentle flow of dishes, and graze your way through a memorable meal. Here at Saffron, we want you to feel special and experience a sense of Royalty in a relaxed ambience. Our top rated chefs use only the freshest ingredients, assuring you get the highest possible quality authentic Asian Cuisine. Not only do we offer a very comprehensive menu, should you require a dish specially cooked to order, or have any special dietary requirements we would be happy to accommodate your request. We understand that some customers may have dietary requirements; we also offer dishes suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans and customers requiring Gluten free diet. All our dishes are freshly cooked; we do not use any artificial flavourings/colours. There's a range of ways you can enjoy Saffron. We have a full service lunch & dinner menu, for which you can reserve a table in advance here and we also have a delivery & collection service that you can order online or through our mobile application now and have a taste of Indian food delivered directly to your door.
