displayingnaturalhair,shorthair,up-dos,andclasicblackhair<br />
andwerejudgedacordingtoprecision,artistry,poise,<br />
creativity,crowdparticipation,andpresentation.Therewere6judgeswho<br />
decidedthewiner.TianaPortertokthecakeandwenthomewiththe<br />
grandprizeof$30!
