TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Payments not received within 15 business days will incur a
1.5% monthly late fee. New Customers first order may require
credit card pre-payment upon order approval. Orders over
$5,000 or overseas manufactured custom orders will require
a deposit of 50% down upon order approval. We ac cept
company check, cashier’s check, Visa, Master Card, Discover,
and American Express.
PRICES, QUANTITIES, STYLES, AND COLOR
Minimum order quantity for screen-printed apparel is 48
pieces. Minimum order for embroidery is 24 pieces. Less
than minimum orders: are subject to a less than minimum
charge. Minimum order quantity for other items provided
upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.
413 Strengthgear reserves the right to change or discontinue
styles, colors, sizes, or garments without notice. Orders
consisting of adult AND youth sizes are considered two
separate orders due to the need for separate print screen sizes.
ART
• We provide art proofs for all projects. All projects require
art proofs to be approved before moving into production.
• Two separate art proofs may be needed for orders consisting
of adult and youth sizes.
• Ink Color Change fee is $15.00 per color.
• All art created by 413 is the sole property and
copyright of 413
• Art files that have not been ordered within two years will be
removed from our system.
• When bidding on jobs requiring art creation, the time spent
will be billed at $65 per hour, unless we are awarded the job
and no additional fees apply.
• 413 Strengthgear is not liable for any infringement of
copyright laws on customer design requests.
ORDER PLACING AND SHIPPING
Normal production time for printed apparel is 12-14 business
days, after art proof and sales order approval. Production
time for gift products will vary. Orders requiring production
time of 5 business days or less after all approvals will be
considered a Rush Order and will be subject to a Rush Fee.
Shipping time is not considered in production time. Some
exclusions may apply such as; peak seasons, large orders, and
art changes. Additions to any order al ready approved and in
process will be considered a “new order”. For your protection,
we will only accept orders by email or mail. Phone orders
are not accepted. All orders are drop shipped to customer’s
address, if pickup is desired a $10 handling charge will apply.
CLAIMS
413 Strengthgear must be notified within 5 days from receipt
of order, of any damaged or incorrectly received merchandise.
To submit a claim, email your regional specialist with the
following: pictures of damaged product, written explanation
of damage, product descriptions, sizes, and quantities. All
original packaging must be kept for claim to be considered.
Allow 7-10 days for the claims process. 413 Strengthgear will
not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damage
during shipment. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted on name-dropped
merchandise, without prior approval.
SAMPLES
Blank samples may be ordered on most items (blank apparel
or gift items) please check with your representative. Fees and
shipping charges will apply to all sample orders. A refund for
samples is not available. Nonpayment of samples may delay
your order. Any unpaid sample costs will be added to your
final invoice.
SPOILAGE
Occasional spoilage may occur in the decoration process. 413
allows for 2-5% spoilage per order. If exact quantities are
needed we recommend that extra be included in the order to
cover possible print spoilage for each size, color, and style.
