Richard Snape has worked as a Consultant and Professional Support<br />

Lawyer for Davitt Jones Bould Solicitors since 2002. He was formerly<br />

a senior lecturer in law at the University of West of England, Bristol,<br />

and was head of Land Law. He and has done numerous courses for<br />

local law societies all over the country, various public courses<br />

throughout England and Wales, in-house seminars within solicitors<br />

firms, and has also talked extensively to local authorities and central<br />

government bodies such as the Ministry of Defence, National Health<br />

Service and HM Revenue & Customs. He has also lectured within the<br />

Land Registry and has written various articles for the legal press. His<br />

areas of specialism include both commercial and residential property,<br />

in particular in relation to local government law, domestic<br />

conveyancing issues, development land, commercial property and<br />

incumbrances in relation to land.<br />
