Dues The Dues figure includes club storage & cleaning, pull carts, access to all practice<br />
areas and driving range services.<br />

Capital Assessment There is a capital assessment of $30 per month.<br />

Bar & Dining Assessment Members are obligated to spend an average of $45 per month (or $270.00 on a<br />
semi-annual basis) in the grill/lounge or shack. Any unspent balance will be<br />
invoiced on Jan 31st and July 31st each year.
