In our development department in Bayreuth,<br />
we produced the first prototypes,<br />
which were refined and perfected at<br />
regular intervals during the course of the<br />
project. A rounded travel trolley made<br />
of sturdy polycarbonate had the flowing<br />
and classic design of the "beetle" revived<br />
as a suitcase.<br />
With more than 21.5 million VW Beetles sold, Volkswagen AG revolutionised the automotive market. Today,<br />
VW is one of the largest automotive groups in the world. Through the introduction of the Beetle and<br />
later the VW Bulli, two stylistic elements of the automobile world were born. In the spring of 2014 we<br />
were commissioned by EUROSTYLE to implement this style in a suitcase series. The aim was to<br />
reproduce VW's character right down to the smallest detail. The motif was therefore quickly found: The<br />
VW Beetle as a world-renowned vehicle.<br />
