CUSTOMER SERVICE<br />

For additional information or to place an order, our Customer Service Department can<br />

be reached by phone at 800-828-5260, Option 1 (Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00<br />

pm, Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST), fax 330-828-2108 or email at shop@pgrahamdunn.<br />

com. Orders can also be placed online at pgrahamdunn.com.<br />

MINIMUM ORDER<br />

$50 for Opening Orders, $50 for Reorders<br />

PAYMENT TERMS<br />

All accounts are setup with credit card. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are<br />

accepted, but limited to $5,000 per invoice. Net 30 may be available on subsequent<br />

orders pending credit approval. A credit application may be requested from Customer<br />

Service. A monthly nance charge applies to past due accounts.<br />

SHIPPING<br />

O Dalton, Ohio . e ship via D unless otherwise specied. Shipments via<br />

UPS will only be made with a customer’s collect number. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii<br />

will be shipped via Parcel Post, unless otherwise specied.<br />

3rd PARTY WEB SALES<br />

As of <strong>January</strong> 1, <strong>2017</strong>, P. <strong>Graham</strong> <strong>Dunn</strong> will be restricting the sale of our product on 3rd<br />

party websites unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. As such, the sale of P. <strong>Graham</strong><br />

<strong>Dunn</strong> product is prohibited on, but not limited to, the following websites: Amazon, eBay,<br />

et, etc. iolating parties will be notied in writing, and additional action will be taken<br />

should violations persist.<br />

RETURN POLICY<br />

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Customer must call for<br />

Return Authorization and pays return freight. Returned merchandise must be in its<br />

original package and in a saleable condition.<br />

SHIPPING CLAIMS<br />

Damages should be reported to P. <strong>Graham</strong> <strong>Dunn</strong> in a timely manner. We will then send<br />

a replacement or issue a credit (whichever the customer prefers). P. <strong>Graham</strong> <strong>Dunn</strong> will<br />

initiate any carrier damage claims – FedEx or UPS.<br />

IMPORTANT<br />

Retain the damaged items and the interior and exterior packing cartons. FedEx and UPS<br />

will automatically cancel your claim if original packaging is not available for the inspector to<br />

examine.<br />

Availability and pricing on all items are subject to change or be discontinued at any<br />

time without prior notice.
