Translator’s Note All praise is due to Allah. Choicest Peace and Blessings upon the most Beloved in Allah’s Creation, our Master and our Leader Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa , and upon His ¡ Noble Family and illustrious Companions, and upon all those will follow the path of righteousness. By the Grace of Allah, the Mercy of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah and the Karam of Ghauth o Khwaja Raza, and my Masha’ikh especially Huzoor Taajush Shariah, Huzoor Muhad’dith Kabeer and Huzoor Syed Shah Turabul Haq (Alaihir Rahma), you have before you a booklet which is the translation of an Urdu article prepared by Hazrat Allama Mufti Ata ul Mustafa Qaadiri Amjadi, who is the beloved son of Huzoor Sayyidi Muhad’dith e Kabeer Allama Zia ul Mustafa Qaadiri Amjadi (Allah exalt his status). Mufti Ata ul Mustafa has prepared a very concise yet knowledgeable article on the excellence of the month of Sha’baan and the virtuous actions to be performed on the eve of Bara-at. We have named this booklet ‘The Virtues of Sha’baan & Virtuous Actions of Shab e Bara-at’. May Allah bless him with the best of rewards for his determined effort. Aameen It is my humble Dua that this booklet will be a means of benefit for all those who read it. I must humbly request that not only should we read these Deeni Books, but we should make a sincere effort to make Amal (practice) in accordance with what we have read.
