This new self if full of energy and feeds off of the Love that surrounds you. As you touch more lives and begin to feel the new energy as love, you start to shed all the time wasted energy that held you back for so many years. You have a deep fondness for that old self and thankful for the journey it gave you. However, you have no need to return to a life without love, and you easily shed that old self and begin anew to grow exponentially in the sight of God’s love. Your growth is infectious to those around you, and you find you teach and study and become a pure love essence in this world. You become a Spirit of Light happy to be in this world but waiting like a beautiful butterfly to release your outer shell of physicality for the freedom, the release, and the energized being you have become. Once you Awaken from the Dream, you accept the frailties of being human and reach for the eternal. Awakening is a simple process that takes years to find. Our lives are consumed with work and play so the time for searching become lost in the quagmire we call life. Life should not be a quagmire but a celebration of who you are, who you’ve been, and all that happened in between those times. Awakening lets you see the truth of your existence free from the constraints of this world. I liken
the word Awakening to that of Freedom. In my culture being free is a very special part of our life. It is an ingrained feeling of total release for oppression and pain. Likewise, Awakening is that thorough understanding of all that is and the clarity which removes all doubt. We are here on this Earth for only a short while, but that time can be a time of growth and opportunity to become the full person you were created to be. Those who take the time to overcome shortfalls and obstacles are the ones who understand what clarity can do to one’s life. Do not fear the beauty and scale of the eternal but embrace it like you would hold a flower. Hold it in the palm of your hand tenderly, gently allowing its fragrance to surround you. Once you taste a moment of Awakening and see the wonder God has given to you, your life will change forever, your way will lighten other’s loads, and you, yes you, will discover the greatest secret known: God’s Love has always embraced you. Understanding this is the essence of being awake because you will see everything as a part of the whole, and you are a beacon that shines brightly taking away the darkness uncovering bliss.
