AICES Swimming
On Thursday 30 March, TIGS took 24 students to represent NASSA at the AICES Swimming Championships. Our students
produced some wonderful results in the water as a team. Last year we looked to our girls for the points and this year it was the
boy’s turn to help out TIGS Swim Team and maintain the winning culture in the pool. Overall TIGS came away with the most
medals. In the team point score our boys came first and the girls came fourth. It was pleasing to see this year that every age
group in the relays progressed onto swimming at the NSW CIS Championships.
A very big thank you to Mr Edgerton, our bus driver, and Mrs Lane for coordinating the events for the team.
