MINIMUM ORDER 

$150 for Opening Orders, $50 for Reorders. 

PAYMENT TERMS 

All accounts are setup with credit card. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are 

accepted, but limited to $5,000 per invoice. Net 30 may be available on subsequent 

orders pending credit approval. A credit application may be requested from Customer 

Service. A 2% monthly finance charge applies to past due accounts. 

SHIPPING 

FOB Dalton, Ohio 44618. We ship via FEDEX unless otherwise specified. Shipments via 

UPS will only be made with a customer’s collect number. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii 

will be shipped via Parcel Post, unless otherwise specified. 

3rd PARTY WEB SALES 

P. Graham Dunn restricts the sale of our product on 3rd party websites unless otherwise 

agreed upon in writing. As such, the sale of P. Graham Dunn product is prohibited on, 

but not limited to, the following websites: Amazon, eBay, Jet, etc. Violating parties will be 

notified in writing, and additional action will be taken should violations persist. 

RETURN POLICY 

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Customer must call for 

Return Authorization and pays return freight. Returned merchandise must be in its 

original package and in a saleable condition. 

SHIPPING CLAIMS 

Damages must be reported to P. Graham Dunn within 30 days of receipt. Claims after 

30 days will be taken at the discretion of Customer Service. A replacement or credit will 

be issued pending approval from Customer Service. P. Graham Dunn is responsible for 

initiating any carrier damage claims. 

IMPORTANT: Retain the damaged items and the interior and exterior packing cartons. 

FedEx and UPS will automatically cancel your claim if original packaging is not available for 

the inspector to examine.

Named after the large acreage often found behind 

a farmhouse, each of these pieces are sizable, 

elaborately designed, and carved. With meticulous 

attention to detail, from the distressing in 

the paint, to the grains in the wood, each piece

OUR RETAIL STORE RESET 

We opened our retail store ten years ago. It had become dated. The floors 

consisted of drab brown cement. The displays were obsolete. At one point we 

felt that our products needed to be augmented with women’s clothing and other 

accessories. We started to regret that decision. 

It was time for a complete makeover. 

We had been closely watching the impact that Chip and Joanna Gaines from 

the HGTV show “Fixer Upper” were having on our industry. White walls, floors, and 

ceilings were trending, along with a repurposed, rustic look. The only way we 

could conceive of redoing the entire store was to close it for the first three 

months of 2017, put a “pop up” store in the lobby so that we had something to 

offer to our loyal customers, and set about demolishing the old look, and start 

over from scratch. 

We had a deadline to meet. The reset had to be completed in time for our 

annual Dealer Conference on March 21. We made it. 

The response has been overwhelmingly positive. The entire store has a much 

brighter, welcoming look. The floors are all white painted and distressed pine 

planks. Shiplap siding covers the walls and displays. 

It was an expensive, but worthwhile project. We invite you to stop in and 

see for yourself the next time you happen through Dalton, Ohio.

JOE TURNS FORTY! 

Twelve years ago P. Graham Dunn was 

graced by the addition of Joe Knutson to 

both the family of Peter and LeAnna Dunn, 

and the company. 

The Dunn’s daughter Anna 

happened to be a Starbucks barista in 

downtown Portland, Oregon when another 

Midwesterner from East Grand Forks, 

Minnesota wandered in. A romance soon 

ensued, followed by a wedding, and then 

a road trip to Ohio to get to know the 

rest of the family. 

It wasn’t long before Joe’s affable 

nature landed him a job working in the retail store. His value of 

interacting positively with the general public and with the P. Graham Dunn family 

resulted in his soon being promoted from one position to another. He eventually 

ended up as president of the company. 

A rollicking company wide Valentine’s Day gathering was held on the third 

floor of the new addition to P. Graham Dunn this past February. It was intended as a 

double celebration - completion of our new building and a delayed Christmas banquet 

from 2016. 

Unbeknownst to Joe, the event was also used to celebrate his turning forty. 

A good time was had by all. 

As P. Graham Dunn moves forward in 2017 continuing to make significant 

strides in this volatile giftware industry, we are grateful to have a gracious, 

caring person like Joe. His primary gift is the ability of pulling people together 

with diverse view points, and melding his team into a unified group that works 

respectfully together. 

We look forward to many more years under Joe’s leadership.

PICNIC PAVILION 

ON THE WEST SIDE OF OUR FISH POND 

It has been ten years since we moved into our current facility in Dalton, 

Ohio. The retention pond we were required to install for flood prevention has 

turned into a park for the community. First we stocked the pond with fish – 

bluegill, largemouth bass, plus grass carp to help keep the pond clean. We then 

put in a dock for our rowboat and a shaded pier to fish from, followed by a 

meandering walking path around the pond. When Anna Dunn passed away three years 

ago, a chapel was built in her memory. Over two hundred trees have been planted 

around and near the pond. Unintentionally, step-by-step, we built a park. 

But we’re not finished! We are building a picnic 

pavilion this summer. Like the boat dock 

and the chapel, it too will have cedar 

shakes for a roof. Heavy-duty park style 

charcoal grills will be installed for 

our visitors along with numerous picnic 

benches. We envision families and friends 

using the pavilion for relaxation after 

hours and on the weekends. 

We invite you to stop in for a 

visit. Fish our pond, walk around the 

path, worship in our chapel, and fry some 

hamburgers on our charcoal grill.

A JULY DUNN 

WEDDING IN MONTANA 

Peter and LeAnna’s son, Thomas, was a 

Youth Pastor in Kidron, Ohio early on in his 

career. It was there that he first met Katrina 

Schmid, a freshman in high school. However, it 

wasn’t until over ten years later, when Katrina 

was teaching in Albania, that the sparks first 

began to fly. 

Katrina’s early years were spent in East 

Glacier Village, Montana, just outside Glacier 

National Park. It is there where her parents, 

John and Kathy, reside. A festive outdoor wedding is planned for July 15. 

After the wedding, Katrina will be finishing up her student teaching courses 

in Goshen, Indiana in preparation for a teaching career. Thomas will continue as 

the lead pastor at Crown Hill Mennonite Church just outside of Rittman, Ohio.

40 YEARS OF 

INSPIRATION 

P. Graham Dunn is a family owned and operated business that opened 

its doors in 1976. The “P” in P. Graham Dunn stands for Peter, the owner 

and founder. He is the son of missionaries Marvin and Miriam Dunn who 

were serving with China Inland Missions. Marvin and Miriam continued 

serving in China until their retirement in 1973. 

As a young man, Peter Graham Dunn journeyed from China to Three 

Hills, Alberta where he spotted the woman who would eventually 

become his wife, LeAnna Gerber. LeAnna, from the United States, 

lived in the world’s largest Amish and Mennonite community, located 

in Northeast Ohio. Peter courted LeAnna for nearly 7 years, never 

seeming to gain her affection. Nearly ready to give up, Peter traveled 

to Ohio to visit LeAnna and her family during Christmas 1971. Sitting 

atop the silo on the family farm, LeAnna turned to Peter and asked, 

“Are you going to ask to marry me, or what?” And marry her he did. 

In 1972, newlyweds Peter and LeAnna Dunn accepted a mission to open 

a home for runaway girls in New York City. In order to keep the girls 

occupied, they initiated a small woodworking business. The girls carved 

plaques and gifts that quickly became popular items at the Greenwich 

Village outdoor markets. When the mission in New York was complete, the 

couple bought the woodworking equipment and installed it on their farm 

in Dalton, Ohio. Peter continued to utilize the equipment in the evenings 

and on weekends. It wasn’t long until he received an order for 3,000 items, 

turning a side-business into a full-time operation. 

Over the last forty years, P. Graham Dunn has continued to push the limits of 

domestic production and has established itself as a leading manufacturer of 

inspirational art, gift, and home décor within the United States.
