Action:Xopenex HFA aerosol is a sympathomimetic (beta-agonist) bronchodilator. It works by
widening the airways in the lungs, which helps you breathe more easily
Adverse Reaction: fast heartbeat, dizziness, chest pain
Interactions: zyrtec, mucinex, nexium, proair hfa
Zantac (raNITIdine)

Classification: H2 Blocker
IFU: GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease aka Acid Reflux)

Action: reducing the amount of acid your stomach produces.
Adverse Reaction: Oral or parenteral therapy: Headache, sometimes severe.
IM therapy: Transient pain at injection site.
IV therapy: Transient local burning or itching.
Interactions: atazanavir, dasatinib, & loperamide

Action: lowers high blood pressure
Adverse Reaction: dizziness, lightheadedness, tiredness, headache, dry cough, fainting, signs of
kidney problems
Interactions: aliskiren, dofetilide, certain drugs that weaken the immune system/increase the risk
of infection (such as everolimus, sirolimus), lithium, drugs that may increase the level of
potassium in the blood (such as ARBs including losartan/valsartan, birth control pills containing
drospirenone), sacubitril.
