<strong>Show</strong> Information<br />

Pre-entries close May 27th, 2017. A one-time post entry penalty of $25 per horse<br />

will be charged for entries postmarked after deadline.<br />

Stalls: Prepay stalls with a separate check or pay online via credit card @<br />

posted at the show office and stable entrance or see the Barn Manager<br />

No stall refunds after May 27th without veterinary report.<br />

Early arrivals please make prior arrangements with barn manager.<br />

Bedding & Feed: Your full show $110 stall rental comes with 2 bags of bedding.<br />

Additional bedding may be purchased at the show office or online for $10 per<br />

bag.<br />

Feed/hay may be purchased at High Noon Tack & Feed in <strong>Sonoita</strong>.<br />

Entry Forms: Must be accompanied with copies of the horses’ registration papers<br />

with proper owner listed and copy of current membership card for the exhibitor.<br />

Memberships may be purchased at the show.<br />

Amateurs and Youth must exhibit horses owned by rider or immediate family of<br />

rider.<br />

Novice exhibitors: Novice must be stated on your membership card. Stallions are<br />

not allowed in Novice Classes.<br />

Performance Halter: Must provide AQHA R.O.M. Certificate or AQHA lifetime<br />

points summary on horse.<br />

All Breed Classes: Youth - 18 & younger/ Amateur - 19 & Older. AQHA<br />

exhibitors may pay for the class for schooling purposes. You MUST let the gate<br />

person know that you are not to be judged.<br />

All Breed Walk/Trot: Open to horses of all breeds and exhibitors of all ages. May<br />

not cross enter into lope classes at this show.<br />

Returned Checks: Subject to a $30 fee.
