(o) appointment of auditors (if applicable);
(p) election of the President and installation of the vice-presidents
and members of the Executive Committee (if applicable).
3 The agenda of an Ordinary Congress may be altered, provided threequarters
of the Members present at the Congress and eligible to
vote agree to such a motion.
Article 26 Amendments to the Statutes, Regulations Governing
the Application of the Statutes and the Standing Orders
of the Congress
1 The Congress is responsible for amending the Statutes, the
Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes and the
Standing Orders of the Congress.
2 Any proposals for an amendment to the Statutes must be submitted
in writing with a brief explanation to the general secretariat by a
Member or by the Executive Committee. A proposal submitted by a
Member is valid, provided it has been supported in writing by at
least two other Members.
3 For a vote on an amendment to the Statutes to be valid, an absolute
majority (half of the Members plus one Member) of the Members
eligible to vote must be present.
4 A proposal for an amendment to the Statutes shall be adopted
only if three-quarters of the Members present and eligible to vote
agree to it.
5 Any proposal to amend the Regulations Governing the Application
of the Statutes and the Standing Orders of the Congress must
be submitted in writing with a brief explanation to the general
secretariat by a Member or by the Executive Committee.
6 A proposal for an amendment to the Regulations Governing the
Application of the Statutes and the Standing Orders of the Congress
shall be adopted only if a simple majority of the Members present
and eligible to vote agree to it.
