VIOLATION OF RULES
If you need to file a violation, here is what you do:
Do your best to get specific details, names, exact wording, and setting. The more detail, the better.
Do not spread the details to everyone. Speak with individuals that can help solve the problem and prevent
future situations like this. Talk to your Rho Gamma, any Panhellenic Executive officer, a Fraternity & Sorority
Life staff member, or email tcupanhellVPRO@gmail.com (the Vice President of Recruitment Operations).
Do not think your chances of receiving a bid will be hindered by this. Be confident that you are doing the right
thing! This will help prevent future unethical behavior in our community.
If you don’t feel comfortable filing a violation in person, you can report it anonymously by calling the Parent
and PNM Hotline (Opened at beginning of Recruitment): (817) 257 – 7281
*NOTE: If you are unaware if something is a violation, please call and we can figure it out together.
Common Violations include: Chapters contacting PNMs during the summer, or any Chapter member
contacting PNMS outside of Recruitment Events.
