THE NANO TECHNOLOGY<br />
Through years of research & development in the field of tribology, Nano Oil<br />
Refining Company was able to successfully apply new concepts in the field of<br />
lubricants blending and development. The basic concept was how to precisely<br />
develop a lubrication film that is strong enough to withstand higher<br />
temperatures and pressures, but at the meantime, light enough with an<br />
improved smoothening effect to avoid unnecessary efforts, which could lead at<br />
the end to a severe mechanical components fatigue and power output loss.<br />
Adopting the new technology in the production resulted in an enhanced overall<br />
protection and lubrication properties, while achieving better fuel consumption<br />
rates, as well as, an improved energy efficiency and mechanical components<br />
longevity.<br />

THE BASIC CONCEPT<br />
Whenever friction takes place, the implanted friction modifier particles in the<br />
hydro-carbon molecular chain tend to bond themselves to the metal surface<br />
utilizing the heat and pressure generated by friction and extreme loads. The<br />
bond thickness is no bigger than the size of the average hydrocarbon<br />
molecule. Simply, it is not a formation of a thick film, but a chemical interaction<br />
between the surface metal molecules and the chemical components within the<br />
oil. By improving the smoothening effect and reducing the possibilities of metal<br />
wear under contact, <strong>NORC</strong> lubricants allow the metal surfaces to work in<br />
harmony for an efficient protective operation and energy saving mechanism.<br />
