Terms and Conditions<br />
Overview: We do not engage in retail sales.<br />
We sell only to legitimate powersports/offroad business serving the public in areas of powersports/offroad sales, service, parts, &/or accessories.<br />
<strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing LLC reserves the right to qualify &/or deny any account seeking to purchase.<br />
Hours of Operation: Customer Service M-F 9:00-5:00 (CST), Excluding Holidays<br />
Terms: Net or Credit Card: All orders will be shipped after charging the buyer’s credit card unless arrangements have been made for an open<br />
account. To receive open account status, fill out the open account application form and allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. Open accounts<br />
are due by the 10th of the following month(Net 10th of Next Month) in Farmerville, Union Parish, Louisiana. Interest will be charged on past due<br />
balances at a rate not to exceed the applicable state legal maximum or 1.5% per month, whichever is less.<br />
All sales are final on Closeout & Discontinued items.<br />

Questions with regard to returns should be directed to Customer Service or your Sales Rep.<br />
Freight Policy: <strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing offers freight paid to dealers on all shippable orders over $100 excluding oversized drop-shipped items (i.e.:<br />
Audioformz). Oversized dropshipped items will be charged a $99 shipping/processing fee per order. Orders under the $100 shippable threshold<br />
will be charged a flat rate of $10 per invoice.<br />
<strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing LLC reserves the right to choose the most economical method of shipping. Dealer may request expedited shipment for your<br />
order utilizing UPS next day, 2-day or 3-day air program. The dealer is responsible for all fees and charges associated with expedited shipping.<br />
Expedited shipping may be limited by the type of product, weight, & size of product, as well as the location to be delivered.<br />
General Freight Guidelines for Shipping Outside the Continental USA: All shipping requirements for orders shipping outside the Continental<br />
USA, are the sole responsibility of the buyer<br />
Exceptions: Some product is not eligible for free freight due to weight &/or size, or special handling requirements. Hazardous material may be<br />
subject to Hazardous Material of $20.00 per ground package requiring papers under 49 C.F.R section 172.200. Any Hazardous Material (HazMat)<br />
charges are the responsibility of the dealer. No hazardous material will be shipped via air.<br />
Damages: All goods are inspected to be in good condition and carefully packaged at time of shipment. Claims must be made with the carrier not<br />
<strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing LLC. Please note the number of packages upon delivery as they are often separated in transit by the carrier.<br />
Returns: Do not return merchandise without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA# must be visible on the exterior of returned package.<br />
Products returned without a RA# will be returned to dealer. Returns must be shipped according to <strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing Customer Service or Sales<br />

Shortages of discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Return freight & restocking fees will not be charged on returned goods<br />
found to be not as ordered or defective. Any current product returned that is not defective are to be shipped back freight prepaid and are subject<br />
to a restocking fee. Any customer with excessive returns (over 4% of year-to-date sales or the previous 12 months sales) will be subject to 20%<br />
restocking charge on all returns. Damaged or used product not within warranty guidelines and product not originally purchased from <strong>Legacy</strong><br />
Distributing LLC will be returned to the dealer freight collect. Product returned in new condition with marked or damaged packaging will be<br />
subject to a 30% repackaging fee.<br />
Manufacturers’ Direct Warranty: Issues with all items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be handled through the manufacturer. We will<br />
assist with contact information as needed.<br />
Prices: <strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing LLC reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without prior notification if our vendor pricing changes or market<br />
conditions dictate. Please check pricing online and/or with your customer service rep when ordering.<br />
Backorders: If a dealer so chooses, all items not able to ship will be placed on backorder. All backorders less than 30 days old will automatically<br />
ship when the merchandise is received in. <strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing LLC will attempt to call and confirm that product is still wanted on backorders over<br />
30 days old.<br />
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy: Certain manufactures have MAP policies in place. <strong>Legacy</strong> Distributing LLC will support vendors in their<br />
attempts to enforce their own policies respectively.<br />
California Proposition 65: Products in this catalog may contain chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause reproductive harm,<br />
birth defects, and/or cancer. Also, some of them smell bad.<br />
