Reliability, Loyalty and Expertise has been the core foundation upon
which Neuron has established itself as one of the leading Third Party
Administrators (TPAs) in the MENA region. Delivering unmatched
services and business solutions, Neuron has carved a niche for itself as
a TPA amongst regional and international insurance companies and
self-funded schemes for government entities.
Neuron was established in 2001 by a strong multi-national management
team with extensive experience in the sector. Over the last
decade, we have rapidly expanded to provide a large portfolio of services
and network providers. Moreover, our cordial relationship in the
healthcare sector over a decade has extended our provider network,
both in local and international grounds, providing immense sense of
security to our members during travel.
Supported by a strong and dynamic team consisting of more than 150
members ranging from experienced medical staff to business development
and network specialists, Neuron takes pride in providing personalized

NEURON MOBILE APP
Neuron has built an innovative and user-friendly mobile app
that guarantees the comfort and satisfaction to all our members.
This app assists our members in reaching us at the touch of a
button.
If you are a Neuron card holder, you can start enjoying a host of
benefits such as reimbursement claim submission, network
providers search, e-approval status and view your policy details.
ONLINE PORTALS
Neuron’s Client portal offers our customers complete
control over their portfolio. Member Portal offers Neuron
members a hassle-free experience with the ability to easily
update membership information, submit reimbursement
claims online, check their policy, or search for an in-network
provider. Neuron’s Provider Portal streamlines the process
and cuts down on wait times with the availability of online
eligibility checks.

ADVANCED ANALYTICS
The Health information and Data Analysis team
includes an actuary with extensive experience in the
UAE insurance industry, as well as a Medical Doctor
who is certified in Health Information Management.
The HIDA team provides clients with all kinds of
reports that offer an in-depth view into their portfolio
as a whole, or into each individual group.
THE NEURON DASH
The Neuron Dash is a highly efficient reporting tool that was
created in-house. This gives the client the access to process
several types of reports to study encounter trends based on
utilization as per population. Utilization reports can be generated
based on Several variables such as gender, nationality,
benefit types, categories, etc.
An interesting and innovative service that we can now offer is
SMART SEHA which is changing the face of healthcare.
When our members need to talk to a doctor, have a question about
their medication, or need a second opinion, Smart Seha makes it as
easy as picking up your phone.
