A big panoramic dome <strong>st</strong>ands out in Saint<br />
Petersburg skyline. It is “Nevskaia Ratusha”<br />
complex, three buildings topped with a wide<br />
glass <strong>st</strong>ructure with a panoramic lift leading to a<br />
terrace for a superb, barrierless view of the city.<br />
For this project, ST Facade Technology was<br />
entru<strong>st</strong>ed with the con<strong>st</strong>ruction of the dome,<br />
panoramic terrace, lift and Bubble TV <strong>st</strong>udios.<br />

We chose to use insulating curved glass panels<br />
equipped with heating sy<strong>st</strong>em in order to<br />
prevent icing, a solution combining technical<br />
and ae<strong>st</strong>hetic quality.
