Lead Times: Manufacturing and shipping lead times vary by

Returned Goods: All returns must be accompanied by a return
authorization number issued in advance by customer service.
Rehandling and restocking fees may apply.
Third Party Billing: (US only) Several Span-America support
surfaces and seating products qualify for reimbursement through
the Medicare program and other public or private pay sources.
All third party reimbursement must be applied for through your
medical products supplier of choice.
Shipping Specifications: Regarding case dimensions, weight,
etc., can be obtained through customer service.
