The family is the smallest
unit of the society, yet the
most threatened and
attacked by the devil. This is
because the family is the bedrock
of the society, it is the foundation
for any great nation. It is the basis
for the formation or growth of
any man or woman who would
make positive impact in the
world today.
Our society is filled with all kinds
o f d e c a d e n c e , w r a t h a n d
unimaginable evil. Sometimes I
ask myself, how did we get here,
how did wrong become right and
acceptable, how did total
disregard for God`s words
become the norm today? The
answer is not far-fetched. Like
never before, the sacredness of
the home/family has become
ignored, unguarded and the
enemy has sown evil seeds which
have grown to become mighty
trees.
As believers, we have a hope and
that is Jesus, we have an
assurance of victory, we have
“
power to take back our homes
and territories from the grip of
the devil, but this will not happen
by chance or mere stroke of luck,
we must rise and take forceful
steps to guard our homes from
the enemy. Our victory is assured
in Jesus name! Amen!
How do we guard our home
against the enemy?
KNOWLEDGE
Many believers are unaware of
the many tricks and devices
employed by the enemy to creep
into the home. We are so carried
away by past ideologies that we
refuse to acknowledge the
peculiarities of the times we find
ourselves.
Statistics show that
majority of juveniles
today come from homes
with absent or no fathers

Our children today are born into
a more advanced world and in
many cases they know more than
