TRIP TO THE BAKERY<br />
The 6th of January the 4º Grade of Primary visited the<br />
bakery Méndez Ávila. The class entered the bakery very<br />
excited,when we entered, a baker showed us which are<br />
the ingredients to make cocas of San Antonio, for what<br />
we needed:<br />
Extra Virgin olive oil<br />
Flour<br />
Water <strong>with</strong> liquor<br />
Sugar<br />
When we had these ingredients we put them all together<br />
in a special mixer.<br />
Then, when the ingredients were mixed the cocas were<br />
shaped by the children and then baked in an oven, next<br />
the bakers prepared a large bowl replete of sugar and<br />
one by one the children wetted the cocas in sugar and<br />
later they did the same in a large bowl of chocolate. When<br />
the cocas were plenty of chocolate and sugar we<br />
wrapped the cocas, finally we took some photos and went<br />
back to school. When we arrived some of us ate the<br />
cocas while others were playing.<br />
