PARKING<br />
Vehicles transporting accredited media will be issued a press<br />
pass upon request. This must be clearly displayed in the front<br />
windshield of the vehicle. Drivers must obey traffic police,<br />
soldiers or other security guards at all times. Parking charges<br />
and restricted parking areas at the airports and throughout the<br />
city will apply.<br />
