Various vouchers available for GSM prepaid & its functionality : Three types of vouchers are available viz. Plan vouchers, Top up vouchers and Special Tariff Vouchers. a) Plan voucher: i) It is used to enroll a customer into a tariff plan. It will not provide any monetary value. However, free usage in terms of minutes/MB/ Number of SMS for voice, SMS, VAS respectively is offered in the Plan Voucher. ii) It will have validity. Customer can use this plan voucher to extend his plan validity and for migration from one plan to other. b) Top-up voucher: i) Monetary value in rupees only will be offered. ii) It will not have any restriction on its validity or usage c) Special Tariff Voucher: i) It will provide Special Tariff facility (voice call, data or SMS) with a maximum of 90 day Special Tariff validity. This voucher will not extend the SIM validity. ii) It will not provide any additional monetary value to the consumer. Migration from one plan to another : Migration from one prepaid plan to other (Saral Anant, per second plan, per minute plan, General plan & Roam Free plan) is allowed any time with the use of Plan vouchers. Migration facility is not applicable for Special plans of Pyari Jodi, Student Special plan & Jai Jawan plan. Validity Extension : � Per second Plan, Per minute plan & General plan : Validity can be extended by use of Plan continuation voucher of Rs. 34 (Plan continuation voucher will be applicable only after use of Plan voucher atleast once) � For Saral Anant customers : MRC Rs. 200 in six months is implemented as per present system of giving proportionate validity with minimum of 45 days for Rs. 50 Topup and in multiples of Rs. 50 (ie. Rs.100 & 150 will extend validity by 90 & 135 days respectively). Plan vouchers are not applicable for Saral Anant validity extension. � Special Plans (Pyari Jodi, Student Special, Jai Jawan & Roam Free) : Validity can be extended by use of Plan Voucher. Top-up vouchers : The Top-up vouchers will only provide talk value without any validity extension. The Top-up vouchers available are as below : Top-up voucher denomination Range (MRP in Rs. Closed User Group (CUG) for prepaid services : The following charges will be deducted from the account balance of each prepaid customer for a Local CUG group : Group Size Local CUG Charges (Rs.) 3 to 25 Rs. 2.70 daily 26 and above Rs. 2.00 daily � CUG will be applicable while in Home LSA & not in national roaming. Calls within the CUG are free. � Customers under Plans “Per Second Plan, Per Minute Plan, General Plan & Pyari Jodi” are eligible for CUG group.
