The highlight of the week however was<br />
without doubt when the whole group<br />
gathered down at the lake on sunset<br />
to witness Geena Elliot commit her life<br />
to Jesus in baptism. This camp was a<br />
powerful memory event for our young<br />
people with many of our JETs standing<br />
up to make full commitments to Jesus.<br />
At one point during the week when<br />
Jermaine made the invitation to stand<br />
for Jesus, every single person in the<br />
room stood unified in Christ.<br />
A huge thankyou to an amazing team<br />
of volunteers and pastoral staff, with<br />
special mention to Raewyn Knopper<br />
for her high level of commitment and<br />
passion to this ministry. Next year we<br />
are going to be running two camps to<br />
minister to the Juniors (aged 10-13)<br />
and Teens (aged 13-16) separately.<br />
