TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Please call one of our team on 0141 620 4120 or email
hampden.park@sodexo.com to check availability and
make a booking.
• Provisional bookings will be held for no longer than fourteen days.
• A £15.00 deposit per person will be required to confirm your booking.
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full payment is required by Wednesday 1st November 2017.
• Any bookings made after this date must be paid in full at time of confirmation.
• Drinks pre-orders must be received and paid for in full no later that 3 days prior to the date of your event.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• If, for any reason, your preferred choice of beverage is unavailable, Sodexo reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative.
• Cheques should be made payable to Sodexo Ltd - Cheque payment must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the event date;
no cheques will be accepted after this date.
• All prices include VAT at the current rate. Should you require a VAT receipt, please make this request after the event.
• If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Sodexo Ltd is required to amend package details, Sodexo Ltd reserves the right to cancel or
amend dates or change package contents.
• Under 18s are not permitted into the stadium for any Christmas Party events. Hampden Park operates a challenge 25 policy.
Please be prepared to prove your age with valid and current identification.
• We understand that food allergies can present a serious concern for some of our customers. If you would like information on the
allergen content of our foods, please contact our sales team who will be happy to assist. Please let us know if you have a special
dietary requirement or allergies 7 days prior to attending.
• No food or drink can be brought onto the premises. All guests will be searched on arrival. Anyone found bringing such items into
the venue will have the items confiscated and may be refused entry.
• Hampden Park operates a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Customers suspected of using drugs will be asked to
leave the premises immediately.
• No beverages purchased on-site can be removed from the premises – these must be
consumed during the event.
• Dress code – Formal.
