Welcoming all guests with an open heart has been an important part of the Serbian tradition.<br />

Following the ancient customs of hospitality all <strong>WSRC</strong> delegates will be offered with<br />

wonderful specialties that can be found nowhere but at Serbian tables. Traditional food<br />

captures both the taste and spirit of Serbia.<br />

Each bite of Serbia ethno food involves months of traditional work and preparation, from<br />

hand-picked ecologically grown fruit and vegetables to carefully guarded traditional recipes<br />

passed down from mothers to daughters over many generations. Everything is prepared in<br />

the traditional manner and each recipe involves a dash of distinctive ethnic and cultural<br />

heritage.
