COBALT KINETICS was founded
because of dissatisfaction with
the status-quo rows of the same
black rifles on every gun shop wall
across the country. The issue with
"black rifles" is that there is little
differentiation in the market and
very little true innovation. Cobalt
decided to change the industry
by demonstrating that common
functions can be upgraded
through thoughtful engineering.
Also, platform flaws, such as
muzzle rise, can be mitigated by
use of a muzzle compensator
paired with improvements to the
buffer system. These changes can
be done while still creating a rifle
that maintains precision, durability
and performance. Cobalt is driven
to create firearms that are more
effective, more reliable and more
rewarding for the shooter.

DUAL DROP
Cobalt's patented Dual Drop
augments the functionality
of the AR-15 platform. Dual
Drop combines ambidextrous
forward assist controls with the
traditional bolt catch. Pressing
either forward assist button
operates the bolt release
Dual Drop maximizes economy
of motion while maintaining
safe operation. The thumb of
the shooting hand operates the
bolt release in a fast, instinctive
motion; while the trigger finger is
only tasked with firing the weapon.
C.A.R.S.
Cobalt Advantage Reload System
The C.A.R.S. autonomously drops an empty magazine
and loads the chamber once an ammunition supply
is present. When using a C.A.R.S. rifle, the user is
only required to pull the trigger, and introduce a
fresh magazine as ammunition becomes exhausted.

From an empty, locked open
condition, the Dual Drop has
been measured to get a gun
reloaded and back on target
up to .52 seconds faster than
conventional controls, and up to
.27 seconds faster than aftermarket
accessories claiming to
achieve the same functionality.
More time can be spent on target
aquistition and engagement,
allowing for faster and more
accurate shooting. The C.A.R.S.
retains the standard operation
of the AR-15 platform; the bolt
catch and magazine release are
still present and operational.

The TEAM is Cobalt's competition dominating rifle. All aspects of the design
were refined in collaboration with iconic professional shooters. The TEAM
Rifle's shooting prowess has been proven and continues to deliver constant
podium wins in the 3 Gun Circuit and other arenas. Receivers, handguard, and
stock are machined from 7075 billet aluminum to maintain superior quality and

Kinetics rifles, the Stealth offers fully ambidextrous control and all billet construction.
Cobalt's trademark disruptive and overt design has been adapted to become

the "Chief" in 6.8 SPC. It features
a 14.5" fluted stainless match
barrel that is permanently mated
to Cobalt's linear compsensator.
