VISION STATEMENT
12 ½ Street will be both a community center and
a tourist destination. The thoroughfare connecting
Wythe and Kent Avenues will be a mixing ground
for local residents, tourists seeking an authentic
Williamsburg experience, and the creative tenants
in the office space above. Our carefully curated retail
offering will be a one stop shop for all of Brooklyn’s
best of food, fashion and flare.
The building’s floor plan will echo this diversity,
providing opportunities for tenants—ranging from
local food innovators to dining establishments—that
value Williamsburg for its authentic loft feel and
retailers whose style serves the trendsetters
of the neighborhood.
25 Kent will be an experience not only tailor-made
for Williamsburg’s unique demographic, but will be
a trendsetter that will finally fully encompass
the 21st century’s blurred lines of eat, play, shop
and work.
14
25 KENT AVENUE WILLIAMSBURG | CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD

DESCRIPTION
25 Kent Avenue will be the first iconic office building to be constructed
in Williamsburg in decades. Covering the full block on Kent Avenue between
North 12th and 13th Streets, this one-of-a-kind new development will be a
nine-story, 480,000-square-foot office building that will include light
manufacturing and creative space, retail and two public plazas. The building
embodies the cultural shift that has been sparked by millennials
throughout all sectors, but until now has been without a home.
While Williamsburg is established as a destination to live and play, until
now the work element of the live, work, play trifecta has been neglected.
25 Kent will cater to TAMI tenants who already live in and love Williamsburg.
The building will meet the wants and needs of local residents not only
during their work day, but transitioning into their nights and weekends.
Furthermore, its ideal position between two of North Brooklyn’s most
popular neighborhoods will bridge a much needed gap. 25 Kent embodies
collaboration with its one of a kind office space and retail opportunities
for both flagship and local independent shops. Furthermore, its innovative
design invites local residents, TAMI tenants and destination visitors into its
central plaza, fostering their entrepreneurial spirit and creating a sense
of community.
15
25 KENT AVENUE WILLIAMSBURG | CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD
The 40,000-square-feet retail landscape at 25 Kent will provide an
unparalleled experience which will serve as a destination for residents
and tourists, as well as an immediate amenity for the office population above
and the surrounding neighborhood. The vision stems from a combination
of a “Chelsea Market” and an “Industry City” inspired concept. Through an
innovative and inviting landscape, 25 Kent features a carefully curated mix
of tenants, while tying in the area’s rich industrial heritage with the
designated creative and interactive light industrial space. 25 Kent provides an
opportunity like none other, shaping the way we live and work, not just in
Brooklyn but beyond.
